Pursuant to Article 13(1) and (2) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (GDPR), we inform you that:

Personal data will be processed for the purpose of:
- handling inquiries submitted via the contact form,
- presenting commercial offers,
- providing forwarding and transport services.

The legal basis for processing personal data is:
- consent of the data subject (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR),
- necessity for the performance of a contract or to take steps prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR),
- legal obligations of the Controller (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR).

Personal data will not be transferred to third countries outside the European Union, unless it is necessary for the provision of the service and in accordance with GDPR regulations.

Personal data will be stored for the period necessary to achieve the purpose, and after its completion for the time required by law or until consent is withdrawn.

The data subject has the right to:
- access to data,
- rectification of data,
- erasure of data,
- restriction of processing,
- data portability,
- object to processing,
- withdraw consent at any time,
- lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.
8.
Provision of personal data is voluntary, however, failure to provide it may prevent the response to an inquiry or the provision of services.
